About Brittany

I am a multi-state Realtor, general contractor, real estate investor, and business owner serving clients across Arizona, Texas, and Oklahoma.

With a background in finance, insurance, accounting, business operations, construction, and real estate, I bring a uniquely well-rounded perspective to every transaction. I understands real estate from far beyond the traditional buying and selling process — from evaluating investment potential and renovation costs to increasing property value, developing land, building homes, and creating long-term financial strategies.

Me and my husband own Pudney Homes, a construction and development company originally established in Arizona and now expanding into Texas and Oklahoma. Our work includes luxury remodels, restorations, short-term rental renovations, fix-and-flips, investor projects, value-focused property improvements, custom homes, and land development. We also invest in and complete their own luxury renovation projects.

A major focus of our Texas expansion is serving veterans and military families. Coming from a multi-generational military family and having previously worked for USAA in insurance, I have a personal connection to the military community. My long-term vision is to create an A-to-Z real estate and home development experience that helps veterans and military families navigate everything from land acquisition and relocation to financing resources, construction, renovations, custom homes, and maximizing the benefits available to them.

In addition to real estate and construction, I own an accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and business consulting company. My experience includes entity formation, business systems, CRM development, operational processes, employment and training, inventory management, ROI optimization, and helping business owners build more efficient and profitable companies.

Originally from Oklahoma, I am relocating with my husband and three children to Holliday, Texas, where I will focus heavily on Wichita Falls, North Texas, DFW, Southern Oklahoma, and Texoma while continuing to serve my established Arizona market. Family is at the center of the move, along with a desire to build a more intentional life focused on real estate, construction, investing, and creating something meaningful for the communities they serve.

I believe strongly in loyalty, relationships, referrals, and collaboration over competition. Whether I am working with a first-time buyer, seller, investor, veteran family, developer, or someone looking to transform a property, my goal is the same: provide practical knowledge, honest guidance, strong advocacy, and access to resources that extend well beyond the transaction.

And when I am not selling, building, renovating, or analyzing a deal, you'll probably find me cooking, baking from a generations-old recipes, spending time with her family, or planning the next project — possibly with a few chickens in the background.
